Delivery and Returns

1. Purchase

1.1   The following terms and conditions shall apply to products purchased through the website from Danya Cosmetics Ltd., Co. No. 511068405 (hereinafter - “Danya”/“Company”), address - 16 HaKadar Street, Netanya, Israel, postal code 4237796.  

1.2   These terms and conditions shall apply in addition to the general terms of use of the website and the purchase terms rules on the website.       

1.3  The purchase process requires that you provide your full current mailing address. 

1.4   Danya is entitled, at its absolute discretion, to conduct any examination it may deem appropriate and, among other things, to demand additional details and/or refuse to make any transaction/sale and/or cancel any transaction or sale if the additional details are not verified and/or if the circumstances of the transaction raise the suspicion that the transaction is not intended for the customer’s personal use and/or if the transaction is not in the ordinary course of business and/or if it is made in suspicious circumstances and/or in any event of suspicion that the on-line purchase may be abused and/or in any case raising concerns that the consideration for the goods will not be paid when due and/or a duplicate order was made, etc.      

1.5   When placing an order, you will be able to view a summary of the order information prior to its approval. It is clarified that you may not amend the order information after the transaction is approved by you. 

1.6   Upon the completion of the products purchase process, confirmation of the transaction details shall be sent to your e-mail address.    

1.7   The delivery fee and total price of the products will be posted on the website. Danya maintains its right to modify and/or exempt from the delivery fee from time to time all according to its sole discretion.            

1.8     It is clarified that if upon the website purchase day, you provide information that is untrue and/or an address that is a post office box and/or you were not present on the mailing address and/or delivery was not handed over to you for a reason that does not depend on Danya and as a result the desired items were not supplied to you, you will be charged an additional fee for delivery and processing as detailed in the website.

   Following COVID-19 shipping to Australia and New Zealand is currently available via express deliveries only at a cost of $ 35.

2. Countries we don’t ship to-

Afghanistan,  Bangladesh, Bhutan, Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba, Chad, Eritrea, Iran, Islamic Republic Of, Iraq, Democratic People's Republic Of Korea, Kosovo, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libyan Arab Jamahiriya, Mauritania, Niger, Pakistan, Palestinian Territory, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Western Sahara, Yemen.

3. Shipments to P.O. Box & APO/FPO/DPO Addresses   

Due to courier restrictions we are unable to ship to P.O. Box or Army, We recommend   entering an alternate shipping address.  

4. Payment Options   

At check-out, you will be presented with Means of Payment as changed from time to time All orders are subject to verification and approval prior to shipping.In addition, gift cards may also be used as a payment option.

5. USA Delivery Times

Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days. Delivery times come into effect the day after you place your order.   

*Please note: In case your parcel has been marked as delivered (either to your home address or local post), the company no longer holds liability in cases of theft or loss.

6. International Delivery Times    

Orders are typically delivered within 30 business days. Delivery times come into effect the day after you place your order.

7. International Duties and taxes

At check-out, you will be presented with the order’s total payment that includes shipping costs but doesn’t include duties and taxes, payable directly to you and vary according to your country of residence.

Note that in case you refuse to release your package from customs, the package will be sent back to us and an additional fee (up to 25$) will apply following shipping and handling.
Once the package arrives we will refund your account, not including original shipping fees or additional handling fees. 


If you refuse any shipments from GA-DE Cosmetics or you are not available to receive the delivery from the courier company and you haven't contacted us regarding your order, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us which is $25. This amount will be deducted from your original payment method.


8. Billing

9. Returns Policy

If a product does not meet your standards, only unopened products purchased from may be returned for refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. 

If you seek to exchange the product, follow the returns policy and then place a new order.

We do not accept returns of products purchased at retail stores.

The original shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. 

For all returns and exchanges, the customer is responsible for the return shipping and handling fees.

Once the products have been sent out to us, please send by via email a confirmation or receipt from the delivery company. We will then be able to proceed with your refund.   

Returns are typically processed within 7-10 business days from the date the return is received.  

Refund amounts for merchandise will be credited to you in the same currency as your original order. Original shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

10. Cases in which cash refund may not be obtained

You may not split return of products purchased in combined transactions such as “buy

receive” or “1+1” sales. You may not cancel and return some of the items included in the transaction. You may choose one of the following: a. Cancel the entire combined transaction and return everything purchased by you in such transaction.

  1. Not cancel the combined transaction.
  2. General

11.1  Danya shall be entitled to cancel any purchase transaction/order at any time in the event  you breach any of the provisions of these Rules / the Website Terms of Purchase / the  Website General Terms of Use or the provisions of any applicable law. 

11.2  Danya may, from time to time, make changes in these Rules / the Website Purchase

Rules / the Website General Terms of Rules at its exclusive discretion. The change, if  any, shall enter into effect as of the date it was posted on the website. By using the website after any such change constitutes your consent to the change. It is therefore recommended to re-read these Rules / terms from time to time.   

11.3 Failure to use any right vested in Danya according to these Rules shall not constitute a waiver of such right in that event and/or in other similar or different event.    

11.4 In any event of claim, of any kind and nature whatsoever, with respect to any matter relating, involving and arising from the website, any such claim may be filed within up to one year from the date on which the cause of action was created, and after the elapse of said period, the claim shall be statute barred. In addition, the maximum compensation amount, if any, that you shall be entitled to receive if you prove your claim under any cause of action, is up to $200 and nothing beyond that, the above without derogating   from your right to be reimbursed for any amount paid by you to Danya, if the competent court decides that you are entitled to be so reimbursed.  

11.5 It is clarified that if any provision of these Rules is illegal or shall become illegal, is not  valid or is unenforceable, all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect. 

11.6 In these Rules, words in the singular include the plural and vice versa.
