Terrible customer service, no customer support

"Products are good. However the customer service does not exist. I have just paid extra custom fee as they issue an invoice with higher amount than I paid (included the original price of the products, not the discounted). I wrote several emails, Facebook, Instagram, no response at all. Never. I love these products however I am looking for another one as this is not acceptable for me to pay extra costs due to the company. You will loose your customers this way.
